Burgtec Ordering Process & Payment

Burgtec have 2 ways to order:

The easiest way to order is through Paypal on this website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account. PayPal works 24 hours a day, seven days a week to protect your identity with industry leading technology and ongoing education. If you suspect a problem, PayPal has specialists worldwide ready to help.

We accept the following credit cards Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro,

The second way is to phone your order through to us, if you are in the UK call us on 0044  (0) 20 8858 4557.
We use Protx a highly resilient and functionallty enriched e-commerce payment platform.

Paypal and Protx are well regarded payment systems due to the high level of Secruity when it comes to customers private information

The third way is to post your order to us and you can send us a cheque or postal order  (please do not send cash) payable to Burgtec Ltd. If you are using this method, please double check that your item/s is/are in stock before sending through your order and also make sure that you include a daytime contact telephone number, just in case we need to talk to you about your order.

Delivery

Burgtec Ltd will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working day (48 hour) service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri).

The normal post option normally takes 2-3 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and Business post for our UK deliveries. All goods will require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone is there to sign for it.

For home addresses we normally use unless specified Royal Mail for Business addresses we normally use Business post.

Free UK delivery on all Burgtec products

Free world wide delivery on all products over £90

For Overseas Delivery we use Fed Ex.

All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items will be delivered within 2-5 working days depending on location in the world as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri)

Overseas orders will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.

Exchanges and Refunds Policy

We continue to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be made up with your product from Burgtec Ltd. If for any reason you are not happy you are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item. You can email us at info@burgtec.co.uk or phone 0044 (0) 20 8858 4557.

To return an item please phone 0044 (0) 20 8858 4557 and you will be issued with a returns number. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on your invoice. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please include your name address and contact telephone no.

If you return a product that’s not in its original condition we reserve the right to decline a refund or levy a charge of 25% of the original purchase price

All items being returned should be placed in a protective packaging; just reuse the packaging the goods were sent in. Items not sent back in protective packaging ( ie footwear ) will be refunded the original selling price less 25% to take account of the item no longer being in its original condition.

Size Returns

If you have ordered goods in the wrong size and wish to change them Burgtec reserve the right to charge for resending the correct goods. All Items must return in the original condition  otherwise Burgtec will refuse a refund or a levy charge of 20% of the original purchase price.
